Ford is overall winner when it comes to brand loyalty
When customers are satisfied with their purchases, they tend to go back to the brand they know they can trust, and global automotive data
analysis firm Polk hands out Automotive Loyalty Awards each year to the brands that have the best customer loyalty. These awards are not only an honor for the companies to receive, but provide a good source for drivers who are looking for reliable brands.
For the second year in a row, Ford took home the top honor, the Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer award. The American brand was also chosen as the winner of the Overall Loyalty to Make, African-American Loyalty to Make and the Mid/Full-Size Pickup for the F-Series truck line. The F-Series has been the best-selling pickup in America for the past 40 years, and the best-selling vehicle for the past 30. It has also taken home the Polk award for 14 or the last 16 years.
"We are honored that our customers continue to choose our products," said Ken Czubay, the vice president of sales and service for Ford. "Each day, Ford endeavors to gain their loyalty and advocacy by providing choices, fuel economy, smart technology and safety."
Drivers who love their vehicles want them to last a long time and run well. An extended warranty can be just the ticket to keeping a vehicle in good shape, and it can also help save money. Car warranties cover the cost of repairs and replacements for certain parts.
